Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link.

Open the LearnFeed screen and tap the + button in the top right corner. Follow the steps to add a caption and media.

Go to Settings → Profile and tap on your avatar to upload a new photo.

On the login screen, tap "Register as a parent" and follow the steps. You can also use a parent code if your school provided one.

Learners: open Grades from the menu. Teachers: open Markbook to mark tests, classwork and homework.

Open Comms → Conversations from the sidebar and start a new conversation with your teacher.

Make sure your email and password are correct. If you still can't log in, use "Forgot password?" or contact your school administrator.

Go to Settings → Profile and scroll down to the Notifications section to manage your preferences.

Go to Settings → Profile → Information. Choose a document card, then tap Choose file or Take photo. Required documents show a progress bar until complete.

MrX is the built-in AI assistant. Open it from the MrX section in the app and ask questions about schoolwork, events or platform features. It can summarise information and help you find answers faster.

Open your class from the teacher dashboard and use the attendance register for the current period. Marks are saved per learner and flow into reports automatically.

Parents can open Reports from the dashboard to view report cards, attendance summaries and recent marks for each linked child.

Open classroomx.co.za in your browser and tap Install in the header. On iOS, use Share → Add to Home Screen. The app works like any other installed app.
